Pricing
Cleanr is $299 a year or $39 a month, with a 7-day free trial on both — that is the entire price list, with no tiers to decode and no call with sales to learn the real number. One flat price covers everything you need to run a cleaning business — recurring scheduling, staff dispatch, quotes, invoicing, and Cleanr Pay card payments — and your whole team, so hiring cleaner #3 never arrives with a new software bill. The rest of this page shows the yearly math, what the plan includes, and what card processing costs when you turn it on.

The yearly math
Both cadences buy identical software, so the choice is purely financial. Twelve months at $39 comes to $468; the yearly plan is $299, which works out to $24.92 a month — a saving of $169, or about 36%. There is no penalty, feature gap, or fine print separating the two.
One $299 charge covers the next twelve months. Owners who have already run a real schedule-to-invoice week during the trial usually take the 36% saving and stop thinking about the bill until next year.
At $39 a month you keep the decision small while Cleanr earns its place in your week. Nothing is held back from the monthly cadence, and when the routine sticks you can move to yearly without touching your account or data.
What's included
Cleanr is one plan with no feature tiers, no per-seat fees, and no job-volume meters — every capability below is in every subscription, whether it's your first week solo or your tenth hire.
One-off and recurring cleans with day, week, and month views. Set the plan once and Cleanr generates the sessions; reschedule a single visit without touching the rest.
Assign cleaners to appointments, give each person their day in order on their phone, and record time on site as sessions start and finish.
Build a quote on site, send it in seconds, and convert the approved work straight onto the schedule when it's ready.
Create the invoice when the clean is done and, with payments connected, send an online payment link by text or email. See paid, unpaid, and overdue at a glance.
Every home's gate code, product preferences, access notes, and full service history in one record, visible to the assigned team.
Before-and-after photos and session notes attach to each visit, so the business keeps a clear record of the work that was done.
Cleanr Pay
Cleanr Pay is part of the plan, not an add-on — you enable it by connecting your own Stripe account. When customers pay your invoices online, standard Stripe processing fees apply — currently 2.9% + 30¢ for most U.S. cards (Stripe's published rate, checked August 2026) — and Cleanr adds no fee of its own on top; that fee belongs to the payment, not to a month. Sending the invoice itself costs nothing, and recording a cash or check payment costs nothing either. If you never connect payments, Cleanr still handles your invoicing and payment tracking — the subscription price on this page is the whole software bill.
FAQ
Both plans start with a 7-day free trial. You enter a card when you sign up, but it is not charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing; keep going and the plan you chose starts billing automatically.
Your subscription begins on the cadence you picked at signup — $299 charged once a year, or $39 charged each month. Everything you set up during the trial carries straight through: customers, recurring schedules, staff, and invoices stay exactly as you left them.
No. One subscription covers you and your whole team. Whether two people use Cleanr or ten, the price stays exactly where it was — hiring should never arrive with a software bill attached.
Yes. Both cadences are the same Cleanr plan, so moving from monthly to yearly is a billing change, not a migration — nothing about your account or data changes. Many owners start monthly and switch once Cleanr has run a few real weeks.
Yes. There is no contract and no notice period — cancel whenever you like and you simply are not billed again at the next renewal. On the yearly plan there is no partial-year refund or proration — your access simply runs to the end of the year you already paid for, with no further charges. Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged at all.
Only card processing, and only if you use it. When customers pay your invoices online, standard Stripe processing fees apply — currently 2.9% + 30¢ for most U.S. cards (Stripe's published rate, checked August 2026) — and Cleanr adds no fee of its own on top. Recording cash and check payments costs nothing extra, and there are no setup or onboarding fees.
Wondering how this stacks up against what you pay now? The software comparisons put Cleanr's plan next to Jobber, ZenMaid, Housecall Pro, and others — with each competitor's published pricing checked and dated.
The trial is the full Cleanr plan — no tiers, nothing held back.
