How does the free trial work?
Choose monthly or yearly billing when you sign up. Both begin with a 14-day trial. No credit card is required. Add a payment method to continue after the trial. If you add one, your selected subscription starts when the trial ends unless you cancel. Without one, the trial ends with no charge and your account stays available to reactivate.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel to stop the next renewal. On yearly billing, access continues through the year you paid for; there is no partial-year refund or proration. Cancel during the trial and you will not be charged.
Are there additional fees for my team?
No. Your whole team is included in one subscription, with no per-cleaner or per-user charge. Monthly and yearly billing include the same features.
What about card processing fees?
Stripe processing fees apply when customers pay invoices online. Cleanr adds no additional processing fee. Recording cash or check payments does not incur card-processing fees. See Stripe’s current rates.
Can I switch billing options?
Yes. Monthly and yearly are billing options for the same plan. Your customers, schedule and other account data stay with you when you change billing cadence.
