Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Useable LLC ("Cleanr," "we," "us") governing your use of the Cleanr apps and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Cleanr is business-management software for cleaning operators — scheduling, staff dispatch, customer records, quotes, invoicing, and payments. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including activity by staff you invite.

Your content & your customers' data

You retain ownership of the data you put into Cleanr, including your customer records, schedules, and photos ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host and process Your Content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents to enter your customers' information into Cleanr and to contact them by SMS or email through the Service, and for complying with applicable laws when you do.

Payments

Payment processing is provided by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's terms. When you use Cleanr Pay to charge your customers, you authorize us and Stripe to process those transactions. Processing fees may apply. You are responsible for the taxes associated with your business and transactions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including by breaking the law, infringing others' rights, sending unlawful or unsolicited messages, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or using it to store or transmit malicious code.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Useable LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
