This notice applies to information collected through this WordPress website. We apply these notice and analytics choices to all US visitors. The categories below describe this site’s collection and disclosures since it launched, including the applicable portion of the preceding 12 months.
Identifiers and technical information: IP address, browser and device information, and pseudonymous browser identifiers come from your browser. Railway receives technical requests to deliver and protect the site; Google Analytics and PostHog receive analytics identifiers when analytics is enabled. We use this information for site operation, security and measurement. Retention depends on the period needed to investigate operational issues, maintain security and compare website performance, together with provider retention settings and applicable legal obligations.
Internet activity: page paths, referring sources, campaign tags and selected clicks come from your activity on this site and are disclosed to Google Analytics and PostHog when analytics is enabled. We use them to understand traffic and improve pages. We retain them for website-performance comparisons subject to provider retention settings; we do not retain them to build advertising profiles.
Contact information and correspondence: if you contact us, we receive the name, email address and message you provide. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address and message, and use it to respond and provide support. Do not send customer records or sensitive personal information through a general website inquiry.
Railway hosts this WordPress website. Delivering and protecting the site involves processing technical request information, including IP addresses, browser information and requested pages. Essential hosting and security processing continues when optional analytics is off. WordPress also uses necessary cookies for administrator sign-in; ordinary visitors do not need an account to read these pages.
Traffic and website interactions
We use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand visits, traffic sources, resource links and product-preview clicks. These services receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, page paths, campaign tags, interaction events, and pseudonymous browser identifiers. A pseudonymous identifier is not your name, but can distinguish visits from the same browser. Data is processed by these providers in the United States. We do not intentionally send contact details, form contents or customer records to these tools.
On this WordPress website, advertising personalization, Google Signals and session recording are disabled. We use analytics to measure and improve Cleanr, not to serve targeted ads on this site.
Your choices depend on location
For visitors detected in the United States, analytics starts unless you have opted out or your browser sends an opt-out signal. Use Privacy choices to turn it off at any time. A persistent Privacy notice link opens the collection notice directly. There is no automatic US consent popup; simply visiting the site does not count as explicit acceptance.
For other or unknown locations, analytics stays off until you select Accept analytics. An existing rejection takes priority in every region. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by disabling this website’s optional analytics, including when a previous choice allowed it. Essential site operation remains available.
Privacy choices are remembered in a first-party cookie for up to one year and may also be held in browser storage. Turning analytics off clears the analytics cookies and browser identifiers this integration controls and stops future tracking. It does not erase data already received by providers; contact us to request deletion. Clearing browser storage removes your saved choice.

Our server compares your request’s IP address with a locally stored country database. This lookup does not send your IP to a separate geolocation service or save it in our consent system. The database is refreshed monthly. IP location is approximate and can be affected by VPNs. If location cannot be determined, the database is outdated, or the lookup fails, we require opt-in. You can always opt out regardless of detected location.
Links and signup
When analytics is enabled, links may carry campaign and page-source information. We pass a pseudonymous identifier for connecting your visit to later signup and product activity only after an explicit analytics acceptance here. The destination website applies its own privacy choices; US opt-out mode here does not grant consent there.
Sharing, retention and security
We use website and analytics providers to operate, protect and improve this site. Google Analytics and PostHog receive the analytics information described above when analytics is enabled. Children and updates
Cleanr is intended for businesses, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us. We may update this policy when practices change and will revise the date above.
Requests and contact
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, information about its sources, purposes and disclosures, a copy where applicable, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion subject to legal exceptions. You may opt out of optional analytics at any time. We do not sell or share information for cross-context behavioral advertising and do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.
Email support@m.trycleanr.com with your request and enough information to identify your interaction with us. We may verify access, correction and deletion requests using information already associated with that interaction; do not send passwords or government identification unsolicited. An authorized agent may contact us with proof of permission, and we may ask you to confirm that permission. You do not need an account to submit a request. Where CCPA procedures apply, we acknowledge these requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, notifying you if a permitted extension or exception applies.
Browser opt-out signals and Privacy choices apply to this browser on this WordPress site. They do not automatically change a separate Cleanr app account or another device. Cleanr app and service privacy
The following service information was last updated August 23, 2026. In this section, “Service” means the Cleanr mobile app and web app at app.trycleanr.com. Useable LLC provides business-management software for cleaning operators. The marketing website’s analytics and choices are explained above; app analytics choices remain separate.
Who this policy is for
Cleanr is used by cleaning-business owners and their staff (“you”). Owners also enter information about their own customers (the people whose homes or offices they clean) into Cleanr. For that customer information, the cleaning business is the controller of the data and Cleanr acts as a service provider that processes it on the business’s behalf.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account & contact information — your name, email address, phone number, and business details when you create an account or contact support.
- Customer records you enter — names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, gate codes, notes, and service history for the customers your business serves.
- Appointment & job content — schedules, packages, quotes, invoices, time entries, checklists, and before-and-after photos you capture for a session.
- Payment information — when you accept payments through Cleanr Pay, card and bank details are collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Information collected automatically
- Location — with your permission, the app uses precise device location and the addresses you enter to map and order your route, and to record where a session takes place.
- Identifiers & device data — a user ID, and a device push token used to send you notifications.
- Optional usage, replay & diagnostics — if you accept optional analytics, privacy-filtered product interactions, masked session replay, and account-linked error reports collected through PostHog, plus website traffic and search-performance analytics collected through Google Analytics, to improve the Service. Replay masks page text, images, form values, and element attributes. Cleanr does not intentionally send customer records, contact details, form text, or full page URLs with query strings to these analytics providers. Google Analytics is configured without advertising personalization or Google Signals.
- Essential operational diagnostics — to keep payment, email, and account systems reliable and secure, a small number of backend failures may produce machine-only, redacted operational signals even when optional analytics are off. These signals exclude user, business, customer, group, raw error-message, and stack-trace identifiers and are not used for product-behavior analysis.
How we use information
- To provide and operate the Service — scheduling, dispatching staff, managing customers, sending quotes and invoices, and processing payments.
- To send transactional messages (such as invoices, receipts, and notifications) by push, email, or SMS.
- To secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
- To analyze usage so we can improve features and reliability.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us run Cleanr, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Stripe — payment processing (Cleanr Pay).
- Supabase — secure database, authentication, and hosting.
- PostHog — product analytics and error tracking.
- Google Analytics — website traffic and search-performance analytics.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- SignalWire / Twilio — SMS delivery.
- Google Maps — mapping and geocoding.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice where required).
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account closure we retain information only as required for legal, tax, accounting, or legitimate business purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level data isolation between businesses — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices & rights
- Access & update — you can view and edit most of your information directly in the app.
- Deletion — you can request deletion of your account and associated data from Settings in the mobile app or by emailing us (see below).
- Permissions — you can turn off location, camera, photo, and notification permissions in your device settings; some features may stop working.
- Optional analytics — you can choose “Essential only” without losing core functionality. Change your choice at any time with “Privacy choices” on the website, under Privacy in the web app’s Account settings, or with the analytics switch in the mobile app’s Settings. Signed-in choices are stored with your account and applied across devices; a first-party cookie carries an anonymous website choice between trycleanr.com and app.trycleanr.com.
- Regional rights — depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us.
Children
Cleanr is a tool for businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
International users
Cleanr is operated from the United States. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
