Customers

Customers & homes

Every home's quirks — gate codes, product preferences, pets — in one record your whole team can see.

Adding customers

Open the Customers tab and add a customer with their name and the home's service address. Phone and email let you send invoices; a separate billing address covers landlords and property managers who don't live where you clean.

The customer record

Open any customer to see their appointments (past and upcoming), invoices and outstanding balance, quotes you've sent, and notes. Use notes for the things that make each home different: the gate code, the no-bleach kitchen, the dog that needs the side door closed. Your cleaners see the instructions on their assigned appointments.

Saving a card on file

From the customer's profile, open Payment & Billing → Add card on file and use the secure Stripe card form. Once a card is saved, completing a clean gives you two options:

When a customer pays an invoice online, their card is saved automatically for next time.

Customer balances

The Money tab tracks outstanding balances. The Overview pane shows your top customers by amount owed under "Who Owes You" — tap any balance to see the invoices behind it and send a payment reminder.

The customer portal

Every customer automatically gets a private portal page — included as a link in every invoice email — where they can see upcoming cleans, pay outstanding invoices with a Pay Now button, and review payment history. No app download or account needed; the link is unique to them and works on any device.

Editing and deleting

Open a customer's profile and tap Edit to update details. Deleting a customer removes the profile but preserves historical appointment and invoice records for your bookkeeping.
