Schedule views
Day view
The default. Appointments are listed in time order — your day reads top to bottom exactly as it will happen. Tap a session's menu to reschedule it or reassign it to different staff.
Week view
The whole week at a glance, grouped by staff member with consistent color coding — your appointments first, other staff alphabetically, unassigned at the bottom.
Month view
Appointment counts per day across the month. Tap any day to jump to it.
Recurring cleans
An appointment defines the customer, packages, price, and recurrence; each occurrence on the Schedule is a session. Create one by choosing Recurring, then set the frequency: weekly, biweekly, monthly, or custom (every N days). Pick the billing type — Per Session for most homes, Fixed Price for contracts — and Cleanr generates the sessions.
Editing a single session doesn't change the whole plan: when a broader scope is possible, Cleanr asks whether the change applies to this session or all future sessions.
Backdating
Already been cleaning a home before you started using Cleanr? Set the recurring start date in the past and Cleanr generates the sessions for the whole range — useful for catching up records or invoicing work you've already done.
Rescheduling
Plans change — someone's sick, a customer cancels, a key isn't where it should be. Tap the affected session and move it; the reschedule keeps the rest of the day intact instead of double-booking, and the customer is notified automatically.
Staff filter
With staff on board, filter tabs appear at the top of the schedule: All (grouped by cleaner), Me, or a specific cleaner. If you've turned off "Team Schedules" visibility, cleaners see only their own appointments.
Tips
- Batch by neighborhood — group homes near each other on the same day to cut drive time
- Leave buffer between homes — first-time cleans run long; recurring ones get faster
- Assign before the day starts — cleaners see their day on their phones immediately
