With Cleanr Pay connected through Stripe, charge an authorized saved card and send a receipt or send the invoice with its Pay Now link. You can also skip invoicing for work billed another way. Track the result from the Money workspace.

Invoices with an activity trail
Follow invoices through Pending, Sent, Paid, and Overdue, with cancellation and refund statuses for exceptions. The invoice timeline records creation, sending, reminders, and payment.
Online payment links through Stripe
Connect Cleanr Pay through Stripe, then send a Pay Now link with the invoice. Card details are handled by Stripe; Cleanr does not see or store raw card numbers.
Quotes that continue into the schedule
Create a quote with line items and optional site photos. For larger work, add customizable payment milestones. When the work is approved, use Convert to Appointment instead of entering the job again.
Balances and payment activity

Set a weekly, biweekly, or monthly recurring invoice independent of session count. This can fit an office or contract cleaned several times inside one billing period.
Manual
Keep invoice creation in your hands for custom arrangements. You can also create a standalone invoice with custom line items from the Money area on iPhone or the Invoices area on the web.

Plan for these boundaries
Online card acceptance requires successful Stripe onboarding, and card payments carry the processing rate shown in the app. Obtain customer authorization before charging a saved card. If you need general-ledger accounting, tax filing, payroll, inventory, or other specialist finance workflows, evaluate those tools alongside Cleanr.

Card payments require a connected Stripe account and carry a processing fee. Cash and check records do not incur a card-processing fee.

What to know before you collect
Does Cleanr create invoices automatically?
For eligible per-session work, completing the clean can create the invoice and payment request. Fixed-price appointments follow their chosen recurring billing schedule, while manual billing leaves invoice creation to you.
Can I charge a customer's saved card?
Yes, after the customer has authorized card-on-file billing. Cleanr can charge the saved card and email a receipt, or you can send the invoice so the customer chooses when to pay.
Do customers need the Cleanr app?
No. When the business has connected Cleanr Pay through Stripe, the invoice email's Pay Now link opens checkout in a browser. Customers do not need to download the Cleanr app or create a Cleanr account to use the payment link.
