Create your account
- Sign up on the web. Go to app.trycleanr.com/signup and create the owner account. Pick your plan there — $299/year or $39/month. Both start with a 7-day free trial.
- Download Cleanr for iPhone. Get it from the App Store, open it, choose I'm an Owner, and sign in with the account you just created.
That's it — both workspaces now show the same business. A session completed on iPhone appears on the web after it syncs.
Set up your business
On iPhone open More; on the web open Settings in the sidebar.
Business name
It appears on your invoices and quotes. On iPhone, tap your profile card in More; on the web, Settings → Account.
Packages and default prices
Set up the cleans you sell — Standard Clean, Deep Clean, Move-Out — each with a default price. If most of your standard cleans are $140, set that as the default; you can always adjust the price on a specific appointment. On iPhone: More → Packages. On the web: Settings → Packages.
Connect Cleanr Pay
To accept card payments and give customers an online payment option after a clean is done, connect payments: on iPhone under More → Payment Processing, or on the web under Settings → Invoicing & Payments, then follow the secure Stripe onboarding. Card details are handled by Stripe — Cleanr never sees or stores raw card numbers. Card payments carry the standard processing rate shown in the app; cash and check records don't.
Add your first customer
Open Customers and add their name and the home's address. Phone, email, and a separate billing address are optional — the service address is where you clean; the billing address is where invoices go (useful for landlords and rental turnovers).
Book your first appointment
- Open Appointments and start a new one (or use + from the Schedule).
- Select the customer, choose one-time or recurring, set the date, time, and price, and assign it to yourself or a cleaner.
- On the day, open the session in Schedule, tap Start, then Complete — and choose how to invoice it.
